Acceptable Use Policy

Evervault is a workspace for people building real businesses. These rules keep it useful and safe for everyone.

Last updated · January 5, 2026

1. Prohibited use

  • Illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
  • Generating content that sexualises minors or incites violence.
  • Targeted harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
  • Creating malware, phishing kits, or credential-stuffing tools.
  • Circumventing safety filters, reverse-engineering the platform, or probing infrastructure without written permission.
  • Reselling raw AI capacity, scraping outputs at scale, or automating the UI to bypass rate limits.

2. Content standards

  • Do not upload data you don’t have the right to use.
  • Do not enter regulated data (health records, government IDs, payment credentials) unless your workspace is expressly configured for it.
  • Review AI outputs before publishing them — you are responsible for accuracy, licensing, and compliance downstream.

3. Security expectations

  • Keep your credentials confidential and enable strong passwords.
  • Report suspected account compromise immediately.
  • Report vulnerabilities to [email protected] — we do not pursue good-faith security research.

4. Fair use of credits

Credits are metered against AI compute and third-party model costs. Automated scripts, shared accounts, and abusive retry patterns can trigger throttling or suspension. Legitimate high-volume use is welcome — reach out and we’ll size your workspace accordingly.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove offending content, suspend the account, or terminate it without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when there is a risk to life.

6. Reporting abuse

To report a violation, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can share. We investigate every report.
