Evervault (“we”, “us”) operates the Evervault AI Startup Studio at evervault-ai.com. We act as the data controller for account, billing, and workspace data. For questions write to [email protected].

• Account data. First and last name, email address, hashed password, and workspace preferences.
• Order data. Selected credit pack, currency, promo code, and payment method. We do not store card numbers.
• Workspace content. Ideas, blueprints, briefs, and any files you generate or upload while building a startup.
• Usage signals. Anonymised telemetry about which modules are opened, session length, and error diagnostics.

• To operate the studio and deliver the credits you purchased.
• To route AI requests to the right expert modules on your behalf.
• To send operational messages such as receipts and bank-transfer instructions.
• To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We rely on the performance of our contract with you (delivering the studio and your credits), our legitimate interests (product safety and improvement), your consent (optional analytics cookies), and legal obligations (tax and accounting).

• Infrastructure providers that host the platform and databases under strict data-processing agreements.
• AI model providers that process your prompts to generate expert responses. Prompts are transmitted encrypted.
• Payment processors once card and PayPal rails are enabled. Bank transfers are handled by our finance team.

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. Billing records are retained for up to 7 years to satisfy tax law. Deleting your account removes personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

We use encryption in transit, hardened infrastructure, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure — if you spot a vulnerability, report it to [email protected].

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
