1. The service
Evervault provides an AI-powered workspace where founders can validate ideas, generate blueprints, and produce launch-ready assets. Access is prepaid via credits — there are no subscriptions, trials, or automatic renewals.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
- Provide accurate details and keep your password secure (minimum 8 characters).
- You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
3. Credits & payment
- 1 credit costs €0.10. Prices in other currencies are converted at the current rate.
- Credits are activated after payment is confirmed. Bank-transfer instructions arrive by email.
- Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
- Card, PayPal, and Stripe rails are being rolled out — availability is announced in-app.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in credit forfeiture and account termination without refund.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you input and of the outputs the studio generates for you. You grant Evervault a limited licence to process this content only to operate the service. We do not train foundation models on your workspace data.
6. AI-generated output
Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for legal, financial, or product decisions.
7. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Credits consumed by a failed run are automatically refunded to your balance.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breaches of these terms, effective immediately upon notice.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evervault is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the credits you paid in that period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dublin courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
